Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, Shipping Policy and Payment Policy

Returns and exchanges are part of doing business. If we make a mistake in processing your order we will, and arerequired to, fix it. We will return the products, and send out the correct items asap. If there is a manufacturer's defect in the product, we will return it for assessment and credit. If you make a mistake, we will try to help you out as much as possible. These are the rules which help us decide what we can do and how best to help.

How To Return An Item

  1. You must notify us of your intended return within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Please Contact Us to request a refund/return and we will assign you a return number, and help co-ordinate the return. Any items returned without a return number will not be credited.
  3. Your item must be in its original unfitted and unusedcondition, tyres will not be refunded or credited if you have attempted fitting them, or there is any evidence of attempted fitting. The only exception is if the tyre has some sort of defect, in which case the tyre will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment.
  4. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the return number and the original receipt. Please also include your contact details.

  7. Email us the tracking number of your return.

Return Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include brake pads, electrical components or non-stock items ordered specially for you.
Helmets and underwear garments can never be returned.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your item is in as-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour side wall etc. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Prices you see on this website include free freight to capital cities.

The rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location.

If you are subject to a freight charge we will email you with the charges.

No charges will be processed on your card for freight until you have approved them.

Back Orders:

If we and our supplier is out of stock on an item we call this a back order. If an item goes on back order we will notify you ASAP. We can ship you the portion of your order that is in stock, or wait untilthe item isavailable and send the order at one time. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
